Rocks are for:
rocky lake bottom
getting in your shoes
sitting on top of
throwing
jumping off of
skipping
maneuvering around
climbing under
The shoreline is our kids’ most favorite part of the North Shore. The average temperature of Lake Superior is 40o and the kids can’t wait to get in it! They could be there all day and never get tired of it.
R for Thursday comes from our Iowa State days when registering for classes via phone.
So, is it bad that some days I still us R as well? Yes, I work at ISU, but I use it because it works. :)
ReplyDeleteWere you guys in the same area the whole time? In one post, you all are wearing pants/jeans and long sleeves, and shorts and tshirts in the next. Just wondering. :)
Ok, I must be a bit slow. I didn't get the whole letter starting the day of the week thing until you made the ISU reference. Must be because I am an amateur blog reader.
ReplyDeleteWe did stay in the same area all days. (Stayed in a house in Lutsen every night.) It was overcast and cool the first two days, then warmer and sunny the next several. Weather was really good the entire time, just had to be prepared for the changes.
